The age-old adage of 'hard work pays off' is a fitting description of Dylan Moran's boxing journey.
The Waterford man has dedicated his life to perfecting his craft and has earned a spot on the card for the rematch between Liam Smith and Chris Eubank Jr in Manchester.

Following a successful outing in his Waterford homecoming against Mauro Godoy in April, Moran is relishing the opportunity to take his skillset across the water.
"Camp for this one started the day I walked into the boxing gym," he told Beat Sport.
"So far, everything is going to plan.
"We know what we're up against, and I wouldn't have it any other way!"

The Waterford fighter recently decided to rekindle a relationship with coaching supremo Jimmy Payne.
Since they reunited, it allowed him the opportunity to train from home, and he hasn't looked back.
Dylan has featured on SportsBeat Xtra with Shaun Connolly throughout his career, and the talented marksman is excited to get back in the ring.
Speaking about the prospect of a UK outing in June, he told Shaun that it is the culmination of a lifetime of hard work.
"It's as big a fight as I could have asked for against arguably one of the biggest names on the up in British boxing," he said.
"It's a dream come through.
"It is a difficult fight - very difficult. I'm under no illusion that it isn't.
"But it is a fight that I fancy 100%."
Dylan will feature on SportsBeat Xtra in the coming weeks to update his fanbase about the fight.
