Four men in their teens have been arrested in Waterford city, in connection with an alleged stabbing.
The incident is understood to have happened around 12:30 am on Wednesday, November 9th.
Gardaí says the aggravated burglary happened in the Templar's Hall estate - close to the Southeast Technological University (SETU).
The suspects fled on foot but Gardaí were able to respond quickly and four people were arrested nearby.
A man in his late teens sustained stab wounds during the attack.
He was treated for injuries at University Hospital Waterford (UHW) but has since been released.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who witnessed anything in the area of Templar's Hall, or who may have CCTV from the area, to contact them.
