Waterford Camogie is on an upward trajectory, and despite a humbling defeat against Tipperary in a provincial semi-final, eyes in the South East remain set on a positive Championship run.
New manager Seán Power has installed a sense of dogged determination in this side and will be looking to build on an emphatic opening-day victory as we head into Sunday's latest instalment of the Glen Dimplex All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship.

His side followed up last year’s All-Ireland semi-final with victory in the Very League Division 1B title, ultimately earning promotion to the top tier.
A rare win over Cork in Munster was an eye-catching outing - a first win over the Rebels at the 14th attempt since returning to the senior grade in 2016.

He is known to strive toward high standards, and his impeccable work rate has yielded multiple rewards throughout his stellar career.
When touching on his side's emphatic victory against Offaly, Power has marked several areas for improvement. He added: "It wasn’t the perfect performance from us, there’s loads to work on."
