Waterford FC have won the First Division title tonight and will play in the Premier Division next year.
The Blues were victorious against Wexford FC last night but were waiting on the results of fellow title pushers Cobh Ramblers against Cabinteely tonight.
The Cork side were beaten 3-0 by a strong Cabinteely performance.

It is ten years since the Blues played in the Premier Division, then known as Waterford United.

It has been a remarkable season for Waterford FC since Swindon Town chairman Lee Power assumed control and appointed Alan Reynolds and Pat Fenlon to management positions.
