Ricky Hatton has announced his return to the boxing ring at the age of 43.
The former Welterweight World Champion retired from the sport in 2012, following a 9th round stoppage defeat against Vyacheslav Senchenko.
"I can confirm my return to the ring." Hatton tweeted from his personal account.

The proud Mancunian is due to meet Mexican legend Marco Antonio Barrera in an eight-round exhibition bout.
