Newcastle United has sacked their manager Steve Bruce.
He leaves St James' Park with the Magpies second from bottom in the Premier League, having failed to win any of their eight top-flight games this season.

Bruce managed his 1,000th game over the weekend against Spurs, where the Magpies lost 3-2 at home.
The club was recently subject to a takeover by an investment fund backed by the Saudi Government.
Graeme Jones is to take temporary charge for the trip to Crystal Palace on Saturday.
