Kilkenny fans set to celebrate at Camogie Homecoming

The celebrations will continue in Kilkenny tonight after the county's senior and intermediate All Ireland camogie wins.

The homecoming is due to take place at Kilkenny Courthouse on Parliament Street in the city this evening with entertainment from six o'clock.

The team will arrive by bus from MacDonagh train station via John Street, Rose Inn Street, and High Street.

The county's first senior title for 22 years came thanks to a 1-13 to 1-9 win over Cork.

The intermediate side also beat Cork; by 3-6 to 1-11.

Proceedings in the city will close by 8pm.

Carlow also celebrated an All Ireland title, winning the premier junior final.

They beat Armagh 4-10 to 2-7.
