Danny Searle’s side eased to victory at the Markets field on Wednesday, with standout performances from the brilliant Phoenix Patterson and Junior Quitirna .
Ensuring a secure performance this evening will set up a play-off final appearance against the winner of Galway and Longford next Friday.
Veteran defender Alex Baptiste knows all about the importance of playoff ties and he told local radio that his side still needs to be wary.
"These past few weeks - every game has been massive and critical in the league and the cup, and this one is no different,” he said.
“We did really well in the first leg, but the flip side of that is they have nothing to lose.
“They can literally go out carefree. Mistakes won't really matter to them - a side like that is dangerous."

Should the Blues navigate their way through the playoffs, a meeting with UCD is guaranteed in the playoff for Premier Division football.
That’s after the students relegated Finn Harps yesterday evening with a 3-1 win in Ballybofey.
