The winner of the Park Hotel sports star 2017 is Henry de Bromhead.
The Waterford trainer had an amazing year including 12 wins in January and training Special Tiara to win the Champions Chase at the Cheltenham festival.
Speaking to Beat Sport, Henry says his team has received this recognition.
"We have a great team with us and it's all of them that have won it with us, which is fantastic.

"When you see the people you're up against throughout the evening, what they have all accomplished, to be honest I'm blown away that we have been fortunate enough to win it".
Previous winners of the Park Hotel Sports Star award include Thomas Barr, Niamh Briggs and Craig Breen.
