Méabh Deely, Natasja Behan and Aoife Dalton will make their first Six Nations appearances.
Dalton will be joined by the experienced Enya Breen in the Ireland midfield, with Aoife Doyle adding additional steel.
Molly Scuffil-McCabe and Nicole Cronin are the half-backs, with Vicky Irwin and Dannah O'Brien supplying necessary backline reinforcements on the bench.
Ahead of the game, the team has become the first side in TikTok Six Nations history to change their traditional white shorts to navy.
