Waterford camogie has received a boost from a record seven PwC camogie All-Star nominations.
Derek Lyons' side enjoyed a memorable campaign, defeating a host of perennial powerhouses en route to marginally losing out to Cork at Croke Park.
Despite the disappointment in defeat, the Déise took massive pride in reaching the All Ireland semi-finals for the first time since 1959.

Niamh Rockett, Brianna O'Regan, Iona Heffernan, Orla Hickey, Lorraine Bray, Beth Carton and Abby Flynnare are in contention for the awards which will be presented at Croke Park on November 26.
In goal, O'Regan will be up against Amy Lee and All-Ireland-winning Aoife Norris.
Heffernan and Hickey are nominated in defence, while Bray is seeking her second All-Star in midfield.
Flynn is nominated for the first time in attack, with Carton - a two-time All-Star winner - and Rockett previously recognised in 2020.
As reported by camogie.ie, management have also been recognised for their outstanding commitment to our game in 2022. The shortlist of nominations are: Brian Dowling (Kilkenny), Brian Kearney and Mark McFadden (Antrim) and Cathal Murray (Galway).
The presentations of the awards will take place at a star-studded PwC Camogie All-Stars ceremony on 26th November in Croke Park.
