Andy Murray is set to focus on his world ranking, in an attempt to be seeded for the US Open.
A four-set defeat to John Isner was his earliest exit from Wimbledon.
Speaking after his second-round exit at the All-England club, Murray says facing the 20th seed so early wasn't ideal.
"I was coming into Wimbledon feeling like I could have a deep run," he said.
"If you're playing against top guys right at the beginning of the event, obviously it makes it a bit more challenging.
"That's kind of what my goals are between now and the US Open."
