The Daily Dilemma involves a football and a broken TV!

Niall and Sho got an email from a girl who had her friend over with her child. The child kicked a football in the sitting room and knocked over the TV which left it completely smashed.

The friend apologised but so far has not offered to pay.

What should our emailer do? Should she say it to the friend?
