Coming of Age in Covid

In research for Beat by Spark earlier this year, we found that people in their early 20s are less optimistic about the future, possibly due to a disrupted education and transition to adulthood during COVID-19.

It was a unique time for young people, where they lost some of their most important milestones.

One of those was Beat’s Rachael – who in 2020 missed out on her leaving cert, her debs and heading off to college.
