A 4-year-old girl has died after an accident at a house which was being renovated.
Jodie Lawlor Tyrrell from Cloughjordan passed away after the incident which happened on Saturday.
It has been reported the girl was visiting the house with her family.
The girl was taken to University Hospital Limerick where she passed away.

The incident is being treated by Gardaí as a tragic accident.
Jodie's funeral takes place on Wednesday in Birr.
