A young man in his 30s has been killed in a crash between his motorcycle and a lorry on the main Kilkenny to Castlecomer road today.
It happened shortly before 12 noon at Clashduff Lower on the N78 close to Castlecomer.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is being asked to contact Gardaí.
