More police are being deployed on the streets of Liverpool after a fatal car explosion yesterday.
It happened outside the Women's Hospital - with four men now being held under the Terrorism Act.
It's understood a taxi driver, who was injured is now recovering at home, while the passenger died during the incident.

It's reported the cab driver locked the passenger in the vehicle after becoming suspicious.
It's been confirmed the passenger had a device with him when he asked to be taken there in a taxi.
BBC News reports that the incident is now being treated as a terrorist attack.
"An improvised explosive device has been manufactured and our assumption so far is that it was built by the passenger in the taxi”

The driver has been named as David Perry.
