A woman has died following a crash in Co. Tipperary on Monday.
A number of vehicles were involved in the road collision that happened at around 1:20pm yesterday on the M7 near Ballywilliam in Nenagh, County Tipperary.
The driver of one of the cars, a woman in her 60s, was taken to University Hospital Limerick with serious injuries, where she died this afternoon.
No other serious injuries occurred.
The road was closed in order for a technical examination to be conducted but has since re-opened fully.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to this collision to come forward.
Any road users who may have camera footage and were travelling in the area at the time are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
