A woman had her phone stolen while lying unconscious on a Waterford City street last week.
The incident happened on Francis Street in Waterford at around 5 pm last Friday, October 14th.
The woman fell, and knocked herself unconscious - and when she came around, she couldn't find her phone.
Sergeant Deirdre O'Neill says Gardai in Waterford are currently investigating the incident:

"This lady, unfortunately, fell around 5 pm on Friday [last] and she knocked herself unconscious for a short period.
"However, when she came through, she couldn't find her phone.
"So, if anyone saw anyone offering this lady assistance and had left the area, then perhaps they might consider contacting gardaí in Waterford."
