Met Eireann has upgraded the wind warning for South East counties Waterford and Tipperary to status orange.
Storm Hannah, which was officially named yesterday, is expected to bring gusts of up to 130 kilometres an hour to those counties.

Strong winds and some power outages are expected as Storm Hannah hits the country later.
A status orange warning is in place for Clare, Cork, Kerry and Limerick from 4pm - and will be extended to Tipperary and Waterford from 10 tonight.
A Status Yellow Wind Warning will also come into effect from 11pm for counties in the west, north-west and south-east.
Met Eireann's Siobhán Ryan has warned that the public should be prepared for the anticipated conditions.
She said "There is an increased risk of impacts to life and property during times of severe weather with flying debris of particular concern during any wind event. People are advised to take in their BBQ or loose garden furniture, especially after the recent warm spell."
