Trains are having to reduce their speed due to the warm weather.
Irish Rail says due to high rail temperatures from current weather, trains are currently limited to 80 KM per hour between Portarlington and Tullamore.
There are also some minor delays to trains between Heuston and Galway / Westport / Athlone as a result.

Alan O'Reilly from Carlow Weather says the August high temperature record could be broken tomorrow.
"I don't think we'll get up to the 33 mark but certainly the 31.5 degrees, we could get very close to that," he said.
"It really does depend on whether we have weather stations recording the areas that do get over it.
"Some of the weather models have shown up to 32 degrees.
