A motorist in Waterford has had their vehicle towed away for a litany of road traffic offences.
The car was spotted by gardaí while on patrol outside T-Bay Surf Club on The Prom in Tramore.
The vehicle was initially flagged by the garda Mobility App for having no tax or NCT.
When stopped, the driver of the white Hyundai IX35 was found to be driving the vehicle with dangerously worn and damaged tyres.
The Hyundai was seized with a court appearance to follow.
Taking to the @GardaTraffic Twitter account, gardaí said: "Gardaí attached to the Tramore Roads Policing Unit were on patrol in Tramore Town recently when this car was flagged on the #MobilityApp for No Tax & NCT. On further inspection, it was discovered that both tyres were badly damaged. The car was seized and proceedings are to follow."
