House prices in the South East are continuing to rise.
That's according to the latest House Price survey by Daft dot ie
According to the figures, Waterford is the most expensive county in the South East to buy a home.
A house will cost you on average of 183 thousand euro, up 10 percent from the same time last year.
Waterford City has seen prices jump by up to 18 percent however, with a home now costing around 135 thousand.
If you fancy a home in Kilkenny, then it will set you back around 176 thousand euro, also up 10 percent.
The same rise has been reported in Wexford, with a home costing 165 thousand euro.
Meanwhile Tipperary homes have gone up by around 4 percent to an average of 148 thousand.
While a house in Carlow now costs roughly 144 thousand euro, a rise of 2 percent.
Nationwide, prices rose by 5 point 9 percent, with only a nought point 9 percent increase in Dublin.
