Waterford golfer, Seamus Power, has scored a hole in one on his debut PGA practice round.

The 29-year-old earned his PGA Tour card last season, while playing on the Web.com Tour.

Tuesday marked his first start with the game's elite in California, with a $1 million jackpot going to the open's winner.

The professional golfer took to Instagram earlier to share his remarkable feat.
