Waterford Gardaí sieze car - no license/NCT/Ins/tax

Gardaí in Waterford are urging motorists to obey the rules of the road.

That's after a car was seized by Gardaí with no NCT, insurance or tax.

The driver also had no license.

The car broke a red light in front of a patrol car.

The driver now faces a Court appearance.
