Gardaí in Waterford have seized a vehicle after a learner driver was found to be in breach of a number of motoring offences.
The grey Volkswagen Jetta is believed to have been stopped yesterday by gardaí at a Circle K fuel court on Manor Street, Waterford city.
When stopped, gardaí found that the motorist was driving unaccompanied on a provisional licence.
Whatsmore, the learner motorist was driving uninsured.
The vehicle was seized with proceedings to follow.

Taking to Twitter, An Garda Siochána said: "Waterford Gardaí found this vehicle with no insurance displayed. The driver was found to be on a provisional licence and was driving unaccompanied. The vehicle was seized."
