Waterford Gardaí appeal for witnesses following overnight break-ins

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following commercial break-ins in the Waterford area overnight.

At 2:20 AM alcohol was taken from the Centra in Farran Park - a couple of males arrived the scene in a car and forced the front shutter of the shop open.

Then between 3:45 AM and 4 AM the pharmacy at Cleaboy Shopping Centre was targeted.

The front shutter was pulled open and a glass door panel smashed while some cash and a safe were taken.

Waterford Gardaí have asked anyone who noticed anything suspicious relating to the break-ins to contact them.
