Vigils will take place in the South East in memory of Michael Snee and Aidan Moffitt over the coming days.
It's in response to the murder of two men in Sligo this week, who were both understood to be members of the LGBTQ plus community.
A man remains in custody as Gardaí investigates the murders of two men who detectives believe may have met their killer online.
Both men, Aidan Moffitt, 42, and Michael Snee, 58, were found dead in their own homes this week having suffered extensive injuries.
Waterford woman Martina Collender will hold a vigil tomorrow evening (Friday), at 6pm and is calling for everyone in the county to show your solitary and to stand together with the LGBTQ plus community.

Elsewhere in the South East, Wexford County Council will light up some of their buildings with the pride colours from this evening while a book of condolence will also open in the council offices today so people can pay their respects.
While a vigil will take place in Wexford tomorrow from 7pm on the Quay.

In Carlow, a vigil will also take place at The Fountain from 6pm this Friday.
And in Kilkenny, people are being asked to gather to show their solidarity from 6:30pm tomorrow evening at the Town Hall.
