Two men have been arrested after a car was set on fire in Co Carlow.
It happened last night at around 8:50pm outside a residence in the Ballinabrannagh area.
The fire was put out by local Fire Services and no injuries were reported.
Some time later, Gardaí stopped an offending vehicle on the Naas Road travelling towards Dublin.

Two men in their 20s were arrested and they are currently being detained at Carlow Garda Station.
The offending vehicle, which was reported stolen in the Castleknock area in December 2021, was seized for technical examination.
