Beat received two awards at the 2017 IMRO Radio Awards last night.
Over 600 guests attended the ceremony at the Lyrath Estate Hotel in Kilkenny.
Rob O'Connor scooped bronze for specialist music broadcaster while the coffin lock-in also won bronze for best on-air competition/promotion.
LMFM has been crowned Local Station of the Year.

The other highlight Awards of the night were the Station of the Year awards.
Full Service Station of the Year went to RTE Radio one and Music Station of the Year was taken by Lyric FM.
