Truck drivers from the South East are among those set to protest for the second time in a month today.
The newly formed Irish Truckers and Haulage Association Against Fuel Prices wants the cost of fuel reduced.
Convoys will travel towards Dublin along major routes, and the public are being asked to plan their journeys in case of delays.
