A 'motorist' in Tipperary is set for a court appearance after being found by Gardaí to be operating a vehicle without a driver's licence.
Cahir's Road Traffic Division were initially alerted to the driver of a black Audi A4 when they spotted a light defect.
A mobility app verification revealed that the motorist had no insurance and had never held a valid driver's licence.
The Audi was seized by Gardaí with a court appearance to follow.
