A driver in Co Tipperary was caught traveling at a crazy speed this week.
Cahir Roads Policing Unit clocked one driver doing 154km per hour in an 80km per hour zone while conducting speed checks at Ballyhennebry.
Gardaí stopped the driver and say proceedings are to follow.
On Twitter, Gardaí urged motorists to slow down.

Elsewhere in the South East, several motorists were caught speeding in Waterford.
Waterford Roads Policing Gardaí detected the drivers travelling over the 50km per hour speed limit while operating speeding checkpoints.
Gardaí say FCPN were issued to all motorists.
