A gunman has opened fire in Paris, killing three people.
Several others were wounded at a Kurdish cultural centre, which is on a busy street with shops and restaurants close to the centre of Paris.

Prosecutors are looking into a possible racist motive for the attack.
A 69-year-old suspect, who was also injured, has been arrested.
As reported by BBC News, authorities have appealed for people to avoid the area in Strasbourg-Saint Denis in the 10th district of Paris.
The mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo has stated the murders had been committed by a "far-right activist".
