Almost €40,000 worth of cash and drugs of various forms have been seized in Wexford last weekend.
"Operation Tara" saw Gardaí across the Model County busy, with four separate seizures of varying amounts, which has seen three separate people arrested.
In Bree, approximately €20,000 of Cannabis was seized by members of the forces. One male was arrested and detained
Another male was detained after a search in Oulart, where Gardaí seized over €3,000 in cash, as well as approximately €3,000 of Clephredrone and €2,000 worth of Diazepam.
Meanwhile in New Ross, approximately €9,000 of Cocaine, Cannabis and tablets was seized. A female was also detained, all under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act
A further €600 in cannabis was also taken by Gardaí in Wexford Town on a busy weekend for the force.
