The Irish Coast Guard Rescue 117 helicopter is currently assisting a fisherman in Wexford.
It's understood the skipper of a trawler, docked in Wexford Quay, has had a stroke.
Emergency services are currently at the scene.
It's understood the helicopter is standing by to transfer the patient to Cork University Hospital.
