We're in for a spell of fine weather, with temperatures possibly reaching as high as 29 degrees by Friday.
That's according to Alan O'Reilly of Carlow Weather who says plenty of sunshine is forecast for all areas.
"We have high pressure building up over Ireland now and temperatures are going to increase really day on day, with a lot of sunny spells"
The good weather will last until at least Friday with uncertainty after that but some weather models show that fine weather will continue until next weekend.
Either way, O'Reilly says we'll have dry weather with little rain for the next 7 days.
As I’ve mentioned it will get warmer each day ahead now and latest weather models just out show up to 29c is possible by Friday! Charts show temperatures from Tuesday to Friday.
