A teenage boy is in a serious condition in hospital following an assault in Dublin last night.
Gardai were alerted to an incident at City Quay.
A boy was removed from the scene and taken to Temple Street hospital by Dublin Fire Brigade.
Gardai say investigations into the incident are ongoing.
