A teenage boy has been charged with raping a woman in a car.
It happened in south Dublin in March 2020 when the accused was 17.
The now-19-year-old, who can't be named for legal reasons, was before Dublin's Children's Court today because the alleged offence happened when he was a minor.
Gardaí told the court the accused was arrested and charged and replied with 'not guilty'.

The DPP has indicated the teenager will face trial on indictment in the Central Criminal Court.
The boy's defence said there's no application for bail but their client will make one at the next hearing.
The teenager was remanded in custody to appear again in a week.
