Marion Acerman is Centre Manager for MacDonagh Junction Shopping Centre - she gave us some tips for buying those so-called "stocking fillers,"
"It is a challenge to fill stockings - size matters obvously for the stocking filler - so I suppose it very much depends on the recepients.
You need to know your target."
We also asked Marion to give us some tips when buying gifts "For Her,"
"You can always go for - as a stocking filler gift - lovely hats, soft gloves, nice wool scarves, that kind of thing.
You can also go for glit and glam in the jewellery department.
There's some lovely costume jewellery at the moment if you haven't got the budget for the real thing."
