University Hospital Waterford brought in over €1m in car parking charges in 2017.
It comes following calls from Sinn Fein to phase out the charges nationwide.
Wexford General brought in over €700,000, followed by St Luke's in Kilkenny at over €400,000.
Tipp General generated the least money from car parking fees at €315,000.
