The government has launched the 116 billion euro plan for Ireland's development over the next 20 years.
In it, there's 22 billion euro aimed at climate change, almost 12 billion for social housing provision and 11 billion for health.
The government says it's a plan to develop all of Ireland, especially the infrastructure in parts of rural Ireland where it's currently poor.
It's estimated there will be 550,000 extra houses needed by 2040 to deal with the extra number of people living in the country by then.
The government has provided funding to support the start-up for technological universities
In particular, there's mention of the Tech University for the South East
Additional funding has been provided for IT Carlow to buy a site in Wexford for development of a purpose-built campus there
Included in the plan is the rejuvenation of Waterford's North Quays.
