Boys and girls across the South-East have been asked to get their letters into Santa extra early this year.
Smyths Toys have said that due to global shipping issues and container shortages, some kids may be left disappointed on Christmas morning, with the international logistical nightmare playing havoc with the workshop getting all the parts it needs to make all the toys needed for the big day.
The toy retailer has also warned other customers to shop early for Christmas to "avoid the rush and avoid disappointment."
A spokeswoman for the store said today that "global shipping and container shortages are causing supply issues in many parts of our lives."
It's as other stores have reported the same issues, with some other toy retailers, and even IKEA reporting stock shortages in their stores due to supply chain problems.
And Penneys have told the Irish Mirror that they'll be down almost £200 million on stock going into the end of this year.
On the back of the movie - starring Kim Kardashian West among others - the PAW Patrol series are expected to be in high demand this festive season.
Old raliable Barbie is back in fashion as well as the retro game classic series Super Mario.
Coco Melon and Bluey are also expected to among the first product lines to fly off the shelves, which will be less full this Christmas.
