Six people shot in Czech Republic hospital; Gunman remains at large

Six people have been shot dead at a hospital in the Czech Republic.

Police in the city of Ostrava say they are searching for a gunman, who remains at large.

The clinic has been evacuated.

Security is being boosted around the country.
