Sinn Fein pledges to scrap student fees if elected

Gerry Adams has insisted Sinn Fein will scrap all student fees if elected into government.

Over the past 8 years the 3rd level registration fee has risen from 850 euro in 2008, to 3000 euro for the current academic year.

Speaking to Beat in Kilkenny today, the Sinn Fein leader says they will make sure the fee will become no more.
