Ireland is gearing up for temperatures in the late twenties this week.
Met Éireann's weather advisory runs until Sunday at midnight.
They have warned of uncomfortable temperatures at night and possible heat stress.
Forecaster Brandon Creagh Cray says the country will get much warmer from Wednesday.
"Due to a high pressure system that is building over the country, we are in for a mostly dry and warm period over the coming week.
"There is a hot weather advisory in effect from Met Éireann as very warm conditions will develop with temperatures gradually increasing to possibly high 20s countrywide from Wednesday onwards."

It is possible that temperatures may reach 30 degrees.
The last time temperatures in the month of August were recorded in their 30s was in 2003.
Meteorologist Aoife Kealy says they're unsure if the warm weather will continue longer than this week.
"For the moment, it looks like we'll be dealing with high pressure this week and through the weekend and then it looks like towards the early days of the following week the temperatures might dip back.
"They are still far enough ahead and there is still plenty of uncertainty in that, we will have to wait and see."
