A section of the N25 Waterford to New Ross road has been temporary closed following a serious collision.
The road is completely closed off between the Rhu Glen Country Club Hotel and Ballyrowragh, Slieveure.
Emergency services are at the scene.
An adjoining section of the route is currently undergoing roadworks. Gardaí have advised motorists not to confuse the tailback with roadworks delays.

Motorists are being advised to avoid the area until the road re-opens.
