Rent prices increase right across the South East

Rents have skyrocketed in Waterford city with a three-bed semi-detached house costing 1,000 per month to rent.

It comes as house prices across the region have seen increases, with Kilkenny coined 'the story of the year' seeing a 22% increase in house prices.

Carlow is up 6 %, Wexford saw a 5% leap while South Tipp is up 3%.
