Roadworks on the motorway which connects the South East to Dublin are set to be completed soon.
It's hoped the widening of the N7 in Kildare will be completed by April.
Works on the road from the M9 Waterford-Dublin motorway past the exit for Johnstown have led to gridlocks on that particular stretch, especially during rush hour.
It was widely thought it wouldn't finish until later this year.
