A new Pennys store is opening in the South East today.
The Carlow Shopping Centre outlet is a much anticipated addition to the area's shopping experience.
The new temporary Pennys outlet will open its doors to the public at 10am today
The opening comes on the back of a previously announced €70 million development in the area, where the new Carlow Central Shopping Centre will be anchored by the retail giant.

Construction is expected to be completed by Christmas 2018.
